What is light? A centuries-old question!

Everybody knows the following facts: The emission of light from an atom is somehow by the action of the electrons in it.
A radio transmitter produces radio waves by the action of the electrons in the transmitter antennae. But the question is what is actually radio wave or light? My studies indicate that electron has a standing electric field and magnetic field at right angle.Because of the positive charge of the nucleus, the electric field of an electron will be directed to the nucleus and magnetic field will be horizontal to the nucleus.
When an electron is excited in an atom, its electric field will be parallel to the oscillation and magnetic field will be perpendicular to the oscillation. So an oscillating electron creates a transverse wave on its magnetic line and the oscillating magnetic line is radiated to space.
The flow of electrons in a conductor is caused by the attraction between the electric fields of mobile electrons and fixed positive charges in the conductor. The oscillation of electrons in a conductor is caused by the alternation of electric polarity in the conductor. So when oscillates, the electric field of an electron will be parallel to the oscillation and magnetic field of the electron will be perpendicular to the oscillation. This oscillation of the electron creates transverse wave on its magnetic line and the oscillating magnetic line is radiated to space.
Therefore, radio wave and light, both are simply oscillating magnetic lines..
